We Are More Health Conscious Than Ever

A true story is always the best story and to be able to tell a true story you have to experience it first for it to be true. So I’m going to share with you my true story about a serious health issue that hit me by surprise. It changed my life and my way of eating. I now believe in greenhouses and gardens more than ever. This is my story and let me explain what I have learned and how it can benefit you.

The problem in today’s society is not money. The problem is priority. The priority is not on health. We want to be healthy, but we are not making it a priority. A raise or a bonus will not help you make health a priority. On that same note, your current salary or title is not making you unhealthy. You are doing that on your own now and you will continue to do it no matter how much money you make.

Every choice you make gives you at least one option. As an individual, every choice I make about my health leaves me with options that either improve my situation or make it worse. Every choice I make leads to better health or to declining health. It is up to me as an individual. It is up to you as an individual. It is up to each and every employee to make their own choices.

If you’ve been diagnosed with a chronic illness, such as fibromyalgia, and you want to learn how to live well with that illness or discover treatment options available to you, only a en finir avec la sciatique coach who understands that illness can help you effectively.

What steps have you taken lately to bring out your inner teacher on the road to better health? If you feel that it’s been a while since you’ve listened to your inner teacher, that’s okay. He or she is always there and you can turn to that side of yourself when your health feels neglected or stuck. Remember to give your inner teacher the same respect that you would any other great teacher in your life.

When we look at what people are eating today, we find that most are eating highly processed foods and unclean meats that are laced with toxins. Some of these things are added to the foods we eat during processing and others enter the food from chemicals and fertilizers used to grow the majority of the crops. Most meat is grown on factory farms where antibiotics and hormones are injected into the animals. Not only that, but these animals are being held in confined spaces and are being fed foods that are unnatural for them to eat. With all this taking place, it is no wonder that our nation’s health is deteriorating.

That is not all we need to do. We need to take action on health. The care part of the healthcare is what we are spending all of our money on. We are spending countless dollars on treatments, medications and procedures to care for conditions. We are using more and more care each year. That is why our healthcare costs have gone up so much and continue to do so. We are using more and more expensive services that are needed to get us back to health or allow us to live with poor health.

God is the true giver of our health. Through these scriptures we can see that our relationship with God can have an impact on our physical wellbeing. Let us continually follow God’s lead in our lives and do what we are able to do to make sure we are not living beneath our potential in our health.
